About Us

Group of volunteers

Love For The Nation became a vision for our family around December 2016 during our dinner time together. As we discussed the problems of the homeless and deaths related to hunger and drinking unsafe water, we as a family felt that we could work together to assist with making a difference in the lives of individuals who are less fortunate than we are. Our vision and mission began that day.

On June 1, 2017, Love For The Nation became a 501c3 non-profit organization.

Donell and Emily are Ministers in the gospel for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We have been commissioned as ministers to minister to the whole person to heal the sick, feed the hungry, clothe the naked and set the captive free. We want to meet the needs of the homeless as well, particularly those who are now sleeping under a bridge or anywhere possible to sleep. Emily is a Registered Nurse and has a passion for assisting individuals with, emotional, mental, and physical disabilities, of all ages, especially the elderly who often suffers abuse.

Our oldest daughter Taqueela and her daughter Michaela is serving in the Air Force. With Taqueela’s retirement approaching rapidly, Taqueela and Michaela have vowed to assist those Veterans who have lost their way in life. Regardless of the reason, they served our country and need our help.

Tameka, our middle daughter, just gave birth to her daughter 7 months ago, Lauren Marie. Tameka has a great love for children, therefore she wants to be instrumental in assisting young mothers or mothers, in general, to learn how to love, care for, and provide for their children.

Our youngest daughter Zettia is a nurse as well. Zettia’s passion is teaching. Zettia believes in “Where there is a will there is a way”. She wants to assist in building up the “will” in every person that needs our organization.

As a family, Love For The Nation needs your financial support, donation of a hotel, church, single and multiple family homes to eliminate as much of homeless, hunger, nakedness and etc. that individuals, even Veterans, are faced with all over our world in which we live in.
